This guide follows an order from successful payment authorization through preparation and carrier delivery.

Two delivery stages

Order preparation usually takes 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit begins after dispatch and takes 4–6 business days. These periods are separate estimates and do not promise arrival on a fixed date.

Services and tracking

Checkout displays the available service levels, charges, and any qualifying free-shipping offer for the entered address. Review street, unit, city, and postal details before submitting. A tracking link is supplied when the carrier record is available.

Shipment support

Weather, holidays, carrier congestion, restricted service, or remote delivery can add time. For damage, loss, an unusual scan, or a parcel marked delivered but not located, email santhoshasanthu619@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking record, and useful photos.
